David, and the whole crew at Gulf Mortgage are phenomenal. We used them 2.5 years ago when we moved from Hawaii, and we just used them again when we relocated within Baton Rouge. People are repeat customers based on a number of factors, but overall communication is key. I am glad we crossed paths and I look forward to continued business with Gulf Mortgage ( as we seem to buy and sell every 3-5 years) lol… I still Highly recommend 2.5 years later

Buying a house can feel overwhelming at times but the team is great at communicating with you what you need to do and what’s coming next. One of my favorite parts about working with them is it’s not all about how much you can afford (sometimes realtors can be pushy) but also looks at things from the perspective of “what is comfortable amount every month?” I’d highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a home or investment property to give David and the team call. 10/10
